BehaviorLive's virtual conference platform has a very robust exhibitor booth capability. The following guide will show you how to set it up.
Step 1. Access Your Sponsor Portal
When you sign up to sponsor a conference you will receive an email inviting you as an admin user to your organization's Sponsor Portal. You may access the portal by clicking the direct link in that email or logging into your BehaviorLive account.
To access the portal from your account, click your name in the top right > click the name of your company in the dropdown menu under "My Organizations." If you don't see your organization, or the conference you recently signed up to sponsor, please reach out to support@behaviorlive.com
Step 2. Viewing the Dashboard
Your Sponsor Dashboard holds all the information needed for the upcoming conference. On this page, you'll see how many days until the conference, the number of registered attendees, as well as a list of deadlines and tasks. Under Information, you'll find everything you need to know about the upcoming event, such as the Exhibitor Schedule and set-up times, if applicable.
Step 3. Adding Additional Admins
To add additional admins to your organization's Sponsor Portal, click the gear to the left of your organization's name in the top right hand corner.
From here, click Add User, and input the email address of the admin user you would like to add. If they already have a BehaviorLive account, you'll see a Link to Organization button to click. If not, input their name to create a BehaviorLive account.
Step 4. Setting Up Your Landing Page
Your organization's Landing Page will appear on the conference website and in the BehaviorLive mobile app during the conference. Click Landing Page on the left hand side menu, and you'll then have the option to Create New Page or Copy from another conference.
Input your Organization Name, Tagline, Website, and Description as you would like it to show up in the BehaviorLive app. You can include promotional offers or any other information you would like to share with conference attendees!
Upload an image file for your Logo. Please note the image needs to be 1000x667. If it is not exact, please try floating your logo over a white background in Canva. If you have trouble uploading an image, please reach out to our support team at support@behaviorlive.com
Step 5. Upload Required Assets
Click Assets under the left hand menu to see all the required assets and due dates based on your sponsorship purchases for the conference. Click Browse for file to upload. Please note the required dimensions, where applicable.
Step 6. Claim Vouchers
Click Vouchers on the left hand menu to claim vouchers based on the products you purchased. Typically, these are the members of your organization that will be attending the conference and/or working the booth, if applicable.
Click Claim, and then input the name(s) and email address(es) of the people attending the conference. Please note this should be the same email they use to login to BehaviorLive, and will be the email they use to check in at on site registration, if applicable.
