At select conferences, BehaviorLive allows for exhibitors to scan QR codes on attendees name badges and capture their contact information. Here is a quick guide for setting it up!
Step 1. Manage Exhibit name & Users
Once your exhibit has been added by your conference administrator, it should be showing in "My Account" -> "Listings" -> "Exhibits"
From the exhibits page, you should see your exhibit listed, if you don't please reach out to your exhibit administrator.
Step 2. Manage Users & Download Visitor log
Once you find your exhibit, from the actions menu you can manage users and export a list of all visitors who have been scanned at your booth!
Step 3: Download the app and scan visitors!
Download the BehaviorLive app from the Apple or Google app stores and log in with the same email that was used to grant access to the exhibit.
Once logged in, click "Account" in the bottom right and then look for "XXX Exhibit tools" where XXX is the name of the conference.
From there, you can click the Scan Button at the top to scan badges, or simply view a list of attendees who have been scanned.
If you click on an attendee's name, you can view their details as well as add notes to the encounter to come back to later on.
