Hybrid Events - Attendee Quick Reference Guide

BehaviorLive is a unique platform for Hybrid events. If you are participating in a BehaviorLive hybrid conference, you will have lots of tools at your disposal whether you are in the room, or online.

Here is a 4 min video to walk you through everything!

In both online and on-site, earned CEUs are combined and stored in the BehaviorLive portal for printing and upload to the BACB.

On Site Users - CEU process

On-site users will want to download the BehaviorLive app from the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store and login with the same username/password they used to register for the conference.

Once logged in, there is a button at the bottom of the main screen where you can scan a QR code to check in/out.

Optionally Join "in the room"

Once Checked-in, you will be prompted to participate in the room. If you choose to "join" you can access the chat, polls and questions for the given event and join the conversation with the online crowd. The presenters will also be able to see questions asked from an iPad at the podium.

Check CEU scan history

If you want to see your CEU scan history, you can click the "Hamburger Menu"  in the top left -> "CEU History" and it will show you all of your conference scan data and whether or not they have synced with the server. A green check indicates that they have synced with the server. You can click the upload button at the top to optionally force a sync.

Online Users

Online users can participate like any other BehaviorLive event. You can access the Attendee Quick Reference Guide for more information on participating remotely.
