- In the Learning Hub you can track your assigned courses.
2. Total Assignments: lists the total courses, both live and on-demand, that have been assigned. Note that if you are assigned a Learning Plan, it counts each course in the plan as one assignment.
3. Completed: tracks courses that you've met all the requirements for.
4. Not Started: tracks courses that need to be completed/have not been started.
5. In Progress: tracks courses that you've started but haven't finished.
6. Overdue: tracks courses for which the due date has passed and you have not yet completed.
7. My Content has two main tabs: Live Events and On-Demand
8. Live Events is where you'll find any scheduled, instructor-led live sessions you've been assigned to attend.
9: On Demand is where you'll find courses and learning plans you can complete on your own schedule. This is likely where most of your training will be.
10. Inside On Demand, you'll see two sub-tabs: Learning Plans and Individual Content.
11. Learning Plans are a grouped set of courses. Individual content are individual assigned courses.
12. Click on the title of a Learning Plan to see the individual courses. Alternatively, you can click on View Details.
13. Once you click on the Learning Plan or View Details you will see details regarding:
a. Title of Learning Plan
b. Assignment Date
c. Due Date
d. Total Items in Learning Plan
e. Overall Completion Percentage
f. Details regarding each course item in the Learning Plan
14. In order to view the course, click View Details
15. For Live Events, selection Join Event to watch it live at the specified date and time
16. For On-Demand content, select Watch Course to start it.
17. For On-Demand courses, you can pause and come back; your progress will save automatically.
18. Your courses will be identified with different status labels similar to those on your My Content dashboard: Not Started, In Progress, Complete, and Overdue
19. Your courses will also specify a due date if one was assigned.
20. If you've been assigned a course with a future start date, it won't appear in your content list until that date arrives.
