Creation of Group Chats:
- Anyone can make a Chat Group > Admin can approve or deny any created Chat Group.
- When creating a Chat Group, the individual has the ability to create the title and detail a description of the chat so people can preview before joining the chat.
- For Example: a group chat can be titled "First Time attendees" and the description can be "This group chat is for anyone who is at this conference for the first time and would like some helpful tips and tricks."
- When creating a Chat Group, the individual has the ability to create the title and detail a description of the chat so people can preview before joining the chat.
- Anyone can join a chat > there is no approval process that is required for an individual to join a Chat Group.
- That only requirement to join a Chat Group is the individual must be registered for the conference.
- Anytime someone joins, they have access to the entire chat history
Moderating:
- Admin/ BehaviorLive can moderate the Chat Group.
- If there is a need to intervene or shut down the chat (i.e. an inappropriate conversation is going on and will not stop after being prompted), admin should be able to delete the entire chat. If there is an individual who needs to be removed from the chat> we would have to go to Chris to do so.
Post Conference Access:
- An individual can access their Chat Group post-conference through the "Past Conference" tab in the app.
