To create sponsorship opportunities in BehaviorLive, start by going to your organization portal and selecting the conference name you will be creating.
Select the Sponsorship tab on the left side menu (blue). Select Products on the top menu (orange). To create a sponsorship product, click Add next to Sponsorship Products (purple).
Name: Title of Sponsorship
Examples of this are:
- Mobile App Sponsor
- Name Badge Sponsor
- Lanyard Sponsor
- Breakfast Sponsor
- Exhibit Booth Sponsor
Short Description:
A quick description of what the sponsorship is
Price: The price of the sponsorship
Exhibit: Select whether the sponsorship will include an exhibit booth
Not An Exhibit: No booth included
On-site & Online: On-site and online exhibit booth included
On-site Only: On-site exhibit booth included
Online Only: Online exhibit booth (online exhibit booths will need extra assistance from account manager)
Type: Upload a floorplan of the exhibit space
Standard: Exhibit booth location will be assigned by conference coordinator or may have an open floor plan
Booth Map Picker: Sponsor will be able to select exhibit booth location (Account manager can assist with booth map picker)
Lead Retrieval: BehaviorLive does not pass out attendee emails to sponsors.
Sponsors can utilize the lead retrieval to scan name badges at conference to collect contact information
Available: Number of sponsorships available for this product
Remaining: Number of sponsorships remaining for purchase
Visibility:
Public: Selecting public will allow for the sponsorship to be available for anyone to view
Private: Selecting private will not show sponsorship. Link can be provided for product if needed.
Is Add-On: Sponsorship product can be added to other sponsorship
products.
Example: Is the product listed as a program advertisement that could be an additional benefit?

Tags: Tags are used to sort sponsorship products.
Example: Exhibit, Non-Exhibit, Food
Full Description: List more detailed information of sponsorship such as
benefits.
Artwork Requirements: Add artwork requirements for sponsors to submit
directly to the conference.
Title: Enter the title of the artwork required from each sponsor.
Examples: Company Logo, Video, Program Advertisements
Asset Type: Select the format type for the artwork submission
Width (px) & Height (px): Enter the required or suggested width and height of
the artwork
Description: Enter the description of the artwork required or where it will be
used.
Vouchers: Vouchers can be used as benefits for sponsorships.
Complimentary Registration, Exhibitor Registration
Name: Name of voucher
Voucher Type:
Complimentary Registration: Registration can attend sessions
Exhibit Booth Pass: Booth pass for exhibitor and does not include conference sessions
Generic: Can be used for any type of registration
Quantity: How many vouchers are available for this sponsorship
Description: List who the voucher can be used for
Don’t forget to click Save for your sponsorship product.
