Under your organization account, select Content Hub, then click on Live Events. Next click on Add Event.
Create the event to be included in the Bundle.
Fill in the required Event information.
Event Format: Select if the event is In-Person, Hybrid or Virtual Only
Lead Instructor: List is leading the event
Co-Instructors: List any additional speakers
Event Date: List the date of the event
Start Time: List the start time of the event
End Time: List the end time of the event
Time Zone: Select which time zone the event is in
Availability: Select Package Only for Bundles
Member Pricing: Select No if there is not member pricing and Yes, if members receive a different price
Price: Leave at 0.00 if part of a bundle
Status: Publish the event when it is ready to be posted.
Tags: Identify content for event to be searched for
Continuing Education: Enter the number of CEUs this event is worth as well as the COA Hours (Certificate of Attendance)
Abstract: Enter a description of the event
Learning Objectives: List 3 learning objectives for this talk
Main Image (1000x667): Upload an image (1000pxx667px) to draw attention to the event
Save your event.
Repeat steps above to create all events to be included in bundle.
Click on Pricing on the left side menu.
Click on Bundles and Add Bundle.
Fill in the required Bundle information.
Name: What the bundle will be called
Published: Yes (available for purchase) No (not available for purchase)
Member Pricing: Is there a special rate for members of your organization?
Price: How much does this bundle cost?
CEUs Extra?: Are CEUs include in the bundle price or are they an additional fee?
CEU Override:
- No CEUs- non offered
- Use Total From Events- will use the total number of CEUs offered in the bundle
- Specific Amount: Limit the number of CEUs given for the bundle
Choose events that are included in this package: Highlight events that are included in the bundle. Press the green arrow to move them to Selected Events.
