BehaviorLive has the ability to pay your speakers directly on the platform and deduct that payment from your master account. Please reach out to your account manager to have this feature enabled!
Start by choosing "Presenters" from the main navigation in your conference admin account
From there, you can add a new speaker or modify an existing speaker.
Speakers can be classified with 3 different features. To enable or disable these features just click the corresponding icon in each row.
- VIP - Tag your speakers as VIPs to denote in the app and allow the ability to send emails via the messaging tool to JUST your VIP speakers.
- Room Tracking - Speakers with room tracking enabled will be able to self manage their hotel room requests from their account and you as the conference admin can also enter those data. That data can then be exported to the hotel for bulk reservations.
- Expense Tracking - Speakers with expense tracking enabled will be able to submit expenses and receipts. You as the conference admin can also pay out honorariums this way. BehaviorLive handles all the taxes and onboarding so you dont have to worry about it!
Using Expense Tracking
Find the speaker you want to manage expenses for, and click "actions" - > "Manage expenses".
Enter the details for the expense or payment. You can optionally upload an image of a receipt.
Once the expense has been entered by you or the speaker, you can then optionally pay that expense out
Enter the "Approved amount". This is the amount you are willing to pay the speaker. Once you click pay out, the money will be instantly transferred to the speakers bank account.
