In order for attendees to access Continuing Education Units (CEUs), they need to be reviewed and approved by the appropriate parties (e.g., ACE Coordinator) in the CEU Wizard.
To access the organization information from your account, click your name in the top right > click the name of your company in the dropdown menu under "My Organizations."
Select the conference you want to review CEUs for and select Attendance & CEUs.
Select the CEU Wizard tab. Step 1 lists users who correctly scanned in and out for each event. Ensure that they are all selected and click Next.
The second step lists users who did not scan within the specified threshold during each event. You can decide whether to issue those CEUs. Only select the items you want to approve, then select Next.
The third step lists users who did not scan in or out for each event. Only select the items you want to approve, then select Next.
The fourth step lists users who were not registered. If you need help registering these attendees, reach out to support@behaviorlive.com.
Remember, if you are approving CEUs, you must ensure that they meet the necessary requirements (e.g., certification body, licensure board).
