Badge Printing

What should go on a badge? 

• Name 
• QR code
• Credentials
• Preferred pronouns 
• Affiliation 

Two options for badge printing:

1. Onsite check-in with BehaviorLive

• BehaviorLive has several iPad kiosks that can be provided for onsite check-in and on-demand printing 

2. Export badges to a PDF ahead of time using an Avery template 

Suggested Materials: 

• 3 x 4  or 4.25 x 6 individual badges from  PC Nametag
• lanyards and/or clips 
• name tag sleeves
• badge ribbons (Exhibitor, Presenter, President, Volunteer etc.)
